Koleshchuk // Восточно-Европейский журнал передовых технологий. - 2018. - № 6(1). - С. 6-16. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/Vejpte_2018_6(1)__2 Мета досліджень - моделювання інвестиційного ризику здійснення ресурсозбережувальних технологічних змін на підприємствах і розроблення методу врахування цього ризику у ході обгрунтування проектів впровадження ресурсозбережувальних технологій (РЗТ). Урахування ризику є важливою умовою підвищення обгрунтованості заходів із провадження технологічних змін. Своєю чергою, правильне врахування чинника ризику може підвищити впевненість власників підприємств у доцільності впровадження РЗТ, що надасть змогу збільшити масштаби такого впровадження. Проведене моделювання впливу цін, за якими підприємства купуватимуть виробничі ресурси, на ефективність впровадження РЗТ. Результати моделювання показали, що рівень такої ефективності є достатньо високим лише у певному діапазоні цін на ресурси. У зв'язку з цим побудовано вирази для визначення інтервалів ціни на певний вид ресурсу, які відповідають трьом основним варіантам дій щодо використання існуючого технологічного процесу. Такими варіантами є: продовження експлуатації існуючої технології, припинення її експлуатації з заміною на нову РЗТ, припинення експлуатації існуючої технології без заміни її на нову. Обрунтовано доцільність врахування чинника ризику у ході обгрунтування проектів ресурсозбережувальних технологічних змін на підприємствах шляхом обчислення величини максимально припустимого розміру інвестицій у таке впровадження. Своєю чергою, максимально припустимий обсяг інвестицій пропонується визначати на підставі побудованої множини сценаріїв значень тих показників проекту, які характеризуються низьким рівнем прогнозованості. За такого підходу до врахування чинника ризику зникає необхідність обгрунтовувати величину дисконтної ставки, що часто характеризується високим ступенем суб'єктивності. Використання розробленого методу обгрунтування проектів ресурсозбережувальних технологічних змін у практиці діяльності підприємств надасть змогу підвищити обгрунтованість відповідних інвестиційних рішень завдяки всебічному врахуванню чинника ризику. | ||

The barriers on the way to implementation of energy-saving projects at enterprises were grouped, and general approaches to evaluation of these barriers were determined. Modeling of economic barriers on the way to implementation of energy-saving projects at enterprises was fulfilled. The means of overcoming barriers to implementation of energy-saving projects were substantiated. The need for these studies is due to the need to assess and realize the potential of energy saving in the economies of many countries in Europe and the world. The existence of five main groups of barriers on the way to the implementation of energy-saving projects at enterprises was established. There is a reasonable need to take into consideration the sources of funding energy saving projects when assessing these barriers. It was found that according to the managers of enterprises, for all the studied industries of the Ukrainian economy, the most essential barrier to implementation of the projects of decreasing natural gas consumption is the insufficient level of their implementation. At the same time, the estimated effectiveness of state expenditures for subsidizing the researched enterprises is quite high. Therefore, it is appropriate to extend to cases of enterprises the Ukrainian practice of state subsidization of individuals receiving loans in order to implement projects to decrease the natural gas consumption. The importance of the obtained results is due to the possibility of their use both at the level of enterprises and in the practice of activity of state and municipal authorities in the development f energy-saving strategies and programs. | ||

Petrushka // Eastern-european journal of enterprise technologies. - 2021. - № 4(13). - С. 15-33. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/Vejpte_2021_4(13)__4 This paper reports modeling the assessment of the potential of loan financing of projects aimed at implementing energy-saving technologies. An array of information to assess the potential of loan financing of these projects was formed. The methods for assessing the existing and prospective potential of loan financing of projects for the implementation of energy-saving technologies were devised. The criteria for the selection of energy-saving projects, which should be financed at the expense of loan funds, were systematized and ordered. The appropriateness of these studies is determined by the need to reduce the volume of energy consumption of non-renewable energy resources in many countries of the world. This causes the need to determine the potential of financial support, in particular the potential of loan financing, the implementation of energy-saving projects, first of all, projects for the implementation of energy-saving technologies at enterprises. The obtained theoretic and methodological results for the sample of enterprises were tested. It was established that the absolute magnitude of the potential of loan financing of projects implementing technologies that ensure reducing natural gas consumption at the studied enterprises is 42 projects and USD 1,805 thousand. As for the relative level of this potential, for the whole totality of enterprises it is: by the number of projects - 0,447; by financing volumes - 0,420. The obtained theoretical and methodological results can be applied by enterprises of all types of economic activity in assessing the magnitude of the potential of loan financing of energy-saving projects. In addition, these results can be used by the authorities in the development of the programs of preferential lending of the projects of implementation of energy-saving technologies. | ||

To create methodological tools for assessing obstacles to implementation of energy saving measures by enterprises. Methodology. In the course of the research the following methods were used: economic-mathematical modeling (substantiation of parameters of preferential crediting of energy-saving projects of enterprises on the basis of building models of repayment of loans and obtaining financial and economic results from these projects), classification and generalization (when grouping obstacles to reduction of consumption of non-renewable energy resources), system analysis (in the development of methodological principles for assessing barriers to energy efficiency); economic analysis and technical and economic calculations (when performing empirical studies on barriers to reducing natural gas consumption), questionnaire (when conducting a survey of owners and managers of surveyed enterprises on factors that hinder the implementation of projects), mathematical statistics (to process the results). Findings. Based on the results of a survey of owners and managers of 74 Ukrainian enterprises belonging to three industries characterized by significant volumes of natural gas consumption, the most significant barriers to reducing the consumption of non-renewable energy resources were identified and grouped. Methods for estimating the level of these barriers by the totality of the studied enterprises and by certain types of financial and economic barriers to reducing the consumption of energy resources are proposed. Models of substantiation of parameters of preferential crediting of energy saving projects which have for the purpose of realization of measures for reduction of consumption of natural gas at the enterprises are constructed. Originality. Existing methods for grouping barriers to reducing the consumption of non-renewable energy resources have been supplemented by introducing such additional features as the stages of development and implementation of energy saving measures and the factors of occurrence of relevant barriers. The methodological basis for assessing these barriers has been improved by substantiating the approach according to which the height of the barrier is determined by the cost of resources to overcome it. Formalized models of preferential lending for energy-saving projects of enterprises have been built, taking into account the efficiency of budget expenditures for such lending. Practical value. The obtained results can be used by both enterprises and public authorities and local governments in assessing obstacles to reducing the consumption of non-renewable energy resources and developing a set of organizational and economic measures to overcome them. | ||
